Global Electronics Commodity Manager

Based in Round Rock TX or Pittsburgh PA you will play a strategic role in shaping our global electronics sourcing strategy. You will collaborate with technology teams and external partners to align commercial and technological needs ensuring long-term success through strong supplier relationships and innovative solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of the dynamic semiconductor industry and the ability to develop strategies that anticipate market trends and business implications.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners ensuring executive-level engagement and strategic alignment in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Collaborate with technology teams to map future needs with preferred OEM programs and lead negotiations to achieve optimal results in cost lifecycle and support.
• Develop and maintain a robust preferred supplier list across electronic commodities to guide technology groups toward optimal OEM choices for development and long-term support.
• Lead annual negotiations and implement contracts that secure supply optimize costs and ensure lifecycle support.
• Partner with Supply Chain Technology Quality Manufacturing Engineering and external manufacturing partners to provide expertise and support throughout the supply chain.

For This Role You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent working experience.
• 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills including the ability to leverage AI-driven insights for sourcing strategies and negotiations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with tools such as Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering Business Engineering Materials Supply Chain or a related field.
• 10 years of industry experience in electronics sourcing or supply chain management.
