Job Summary
POSITION 1: DATA MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data governance policies procedures and frameworks aligned with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data governance standards and ensure adherence across the organization.
- Establish data governance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve data quality and integrity.
- Conduct data stewardship training programs for relevant teams to ensure a consistent understanding of data governance principles.
- Facilitate the creation of a data governance council to oversee data management initiatives and resolve datarelated issues.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of data cataloging and metadata management processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand analytical requirements and ensure that the necessary data is available for reporting and analytics.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of data warehouses/lake houses and business intelligence solutions.
Qualification and Experience: BE/BTECH Science Grads in computer or information management field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the energy domain.
