Job Summary
The Headteacher of this academically outstanding Girls Grammar School in Peterborough is looking to appoint a high-calibre Science Teacher to join a thriving and exceptionally successful Science department from January. Science plays a central role in the schools academic identity with students consistently achieving outstanding results and progressing into competitive STEM pathways.
This role offers a rare opportunity to teach Science in an environment where academic scholarship intellectual curiosity and high expectations are embedded across the school. Students are engaged ambitious and highly motivated allowing teachers to focus on challenge depth and meaningful learning rather than behaviour management.
You will teach Science across KS3 and KS4 with A-Level teaching available for suitable candidates. The department benefits from strong leadership excellent resources and a collegiate culture where staff share expertise and continually refine their practice.
