Job Summary
A well-established 1118 secondary school in Bromsgrove is seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher of English to join its supportive and well-resourced English department from January 2026.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an ECT looking for a calm structured start in a school that takes teacher development seriously. Youll teach English across KS3 and KS4 joining a department with shared schemes of work centralised resources and a clear approach to assessment and feedback.
The English team places a strong emphasis on literacy thoughtful curriculum sequencing and building students confidence in reading writing and speaking. Lessons are purposeful and discussion-rich with a balance of classic literature and contemporary texts.
