Position: Technical Program Manager 1
Job Type: Temporary Assignment
Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead co-engineering programs between client Microsoft and OEM partners enabling Windows Security features across client platforms.
- This role requires strong program management skills combined with technical expertise to drive security initiatives from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end delivery of Windows Security initiatives across clients product portfolio.
- Own and execute cross-functional programs from pre-silicon planning through production release.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams customer support and external partners to align on roadmaps priorities and technical deliverables.
- Manage full program lifecycle including schedules risk management and milestone tracking.
- Develop and maintain program management artifacts such as dashboards forecasts and risk/issue logs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Program Management within a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of software development and security technologies.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Familiarity with software testing/verification.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with cross-company engineering programs.
- Knowledge of Windows Security architecture and related technologies.
- Technical knowledge in C and Python
