The Change Management & Training Lead drives organizational readiness by aligning users and stakeholders to the new systems processes and tools deployed under the engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute change management plans including stakeholder analyses and communication plans.
Design and deliver training programs tailored to user roles and adoption needs.
Produce training materials user guides job aids and reference documentation.
Support user feedback loops to measure adoption and adjust training as needed.
Collaborate with leadership to reinforce change objectives.
