Job Summary

Duties:

Perform lab testing in the Core Lab and report results according to SOP.
Operate maintain and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and equipment.
Perform quality control tasks and maintain laboratory documentation according to SOP.
Maintain and manage laboratory supplies.
Provide laboratory information to others on the patient care team.

Skills:

Previous laboratory experience preferred but not necessary;
new graduates welcome.

Education:

Medical Laboratory Science / Medical Technology Associates degree required.

Preferred Education:

BS degree in Medical Laboratory Science / Medical Technology is preferred.

Required Certifications & Licensure:

ASCP or equivalent Medical Laboratory Scientist certification.

Schedule Notes:

11p-7am
Mon-Fri every 3rd weekend Sat/Sun with a day off before and after the weekend they work.
Rotating holidays typically 2 or 3 per year.
