We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary:

• Lead functional engineering organizations (Systems Structures Payloads Propulsion) through structured investigations related to FAA Letters of Investigation informal or formal compliance actions voluntary disclosures self-audit findings and Part 25 airworthiness non-compliances.

• Coordinate closely with functional teams management executives and suppliers to ensure alignment on investigation status and resolution.

• Partner with internal engineering teams to define problem statements conduct comprehensive root cause investigations identify systemic causes and develop containment actions corrective actions and verification methods to prevent recurrence.

• Collaborate closely with the Organizational Designation Authorization (ODA) to ensure investigation documentation meets regulatory expectations.

• Partner with enterprise-level teams to continuously improve processes and tools ensuring readiness for future program needs and consistency across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree from an accredited institution in Engineering Computer Science Mathematics Physics or Chemistry

• 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively within a diverse cross-functional team

• Demonstrated initiative and ability to lead projects and teams

• Willingness to take ownership of work and ensure tasks are completed accurately efficiently and on time

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
