About the Company:
Otrix Life Science LLP is a growing D2C brand in the Beauty and amp; Personal Care segment with a strong presence across leading online marketplaces. We are expanding our e-commerce operations and looking for an experienced Senior E-commerce Executive to manage marketplace performance drive sales growth and optimize daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations of online marketplaces including Amazon Flipkart Nykaa Myntra Ajio Tata CLiQ and Shopify
- Handle product listing cataloging A content and keyword optimization
- Plan execute and optimize marketplace campaigns deals and promotions
- Manage advertising (PPC sponsored ads) to improve ROAS and visibility
- Monitor sales performance traffic conversion rates and competitor activity
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning pricing strategy and order fulfillment
- Ensure account health compliance and issue resolution with marketplace policies
- Analyze daily weekly and monthly performance reports and share insights with management
- Improve customer experience by monitoring ratings reviews and returns
- Support new product launches and seasonal sales planning
Key Requirements and amp; Skills:
- 36 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace management
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central Flipkart Seller Hub Nykaa Partner Portal etc.
- Experience in Beauty / Personal Care category will be preferred
- Good understanding of digital marketing PPC ads SEO and catalog optimization
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel Google Sheets and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
