Our client is seeking an experienced Band 7 Lead Occupational Therapist to join their Neurorehabilitation Service in York. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leadership role within a specialist service supporting patients with complex neurological conditions and driving high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the occupational therapy team within the neurorehabilitation service.
- Provide advanced clinical expertise for patients with neurological conditions.
- Oversee service delivery ensuring best practice and high-quality patient outcomes.
- Support staff development through supervision training and mentorship.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient-centered care.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Significant experience in neurorehabilitation and complex neurological conditions.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work full-time or near full-time hours.
