Job Summary

The Retail Sales Education Specialist is responsible for driving brick-and-mortar (B&M) retail sales growth through in-store brand education product training and retail partner engagement across the North Los Angeles / Los Angeles CA region. This role focuses on elevating brand presence supporting retail partners and executing in-store activations to increase sales performance.

The position requires 24-30 hours per week working in-store plus an additional 2-3 hours per week dedicated to reporting and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute in-store brand and product training for retail partner teams

• Drive B&M sales growth through strategic in-store education and activations

• Support elevated in-store events retailer-led promotions and branded initiatives

• Collaborate with the National Field Manager to develop and implement regional sales strategies

• Provide insights and recommendations to identify future sales growth opportunities

• Complete weekly sales event and brand performance reports

• Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store leadership

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role within beauty retail environments such as Sephora ULTA Macys or comparable retailers

• Strong understanding of retail sales strategies and in-store customer engagement

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently in a field-based role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
