Job Summary
Hiring: W2 Candidates Only

Key Responsibilities

Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends and patterns

Build test and deploy machine learning and statistical models

Perform data cleaning preprocessing and feature engineering

Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions

Collaborate with business product and engineering teams

Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights

Validate model performance and ensure accuracy and reliability

Automate data analysis and model workflows
-
Document methodologies models and findings
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with Python or R
-
Proficiency in SQL
-
Solid understanding of statistics probability and linear algebra
-
Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms (regression classification clustering)

Experience using libraries such as Pandas NumPy Scikit-learn
-
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Matplotlib Seaborn Tableau Power BI)

Experience handling large datasets and data pipelines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred Skills

Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch)

Exposure to big data technologies (Spark Hadoop)

Cloud experience (AWS Azure GCP)

Knowledge of MLOps model deployment and CI/CD

NLP or computer vision experience
Education & Experience

Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or related field

3-7 years of relevant experience (flexible based on seniority)
Certifications (Nice to Have)
