Job Summary

Job Title : Engineer II (Design)

Experience : 5-8 Years

Location : Bengaluru

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and develop aerostructures for UAS (wings fuselage tail landing gear)
Create new designs and redesign existing products through to production handover
Prepare engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation
Collaborate with aerodynamics avionics propulsion and manufacturing teams
Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and safety regulations
Support prototyping testing and design reviews
Mentor junior engineers and follow design best practices

Requisites

Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering
Knowledge of aerostructure design materials and manufacturing
Experience with CAD tools (CATIA Creo SolidWorks Siemens NX)
Familiarity with PLM tools (Windchill Enovia Teamcenter)
Understanding of aerospace standards and certification processes
Ability to perform hand calculations and design optimization
Experience with metallic composite and plastic materials
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
