Salary: 29253 - 32736 per annum

37 Hours per Week
Were looking for a friendly reliable Contact Centre Customer Service Advisor to support residents with enquiries on council tax housing benefits rent accounts and other local services.
Youll handle inbound calls provide accurate information resolve queries and ensure customers receive a helpful timely service.
Strong communication skills attention to detail and a calm customer-focused approach are essential. Training will be provided.
DBS Check: At Basic level is required for this post.
