This is a cluster position across two Marriott properties and two Marriott brands: AC Hotels & Moxy Hotels.
In this role you will manage and oversee housekeeping operations across both hotels gaining exposure to two different brand concepts within the Marriott portfolio.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Several years of experience in a similar role ideally in upscale hospitality
High level of motivation and strong quality awareness
Fluent German and very good English
Professional well-groomed appearance with excellent manners
Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Team player with empathy and a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills and solid technical understanding
Structured goal-oriented working style

YOUR ROLE AS A CLUSTER HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER
In this role you are responsible for the overall management and coordination of the Housekeeping department across the cluster covering two Marriott properties (AC & Moxy).
You act as a quality leader a hands-on manager and a key interface between internal teams and external partners ensuring consistent standards across both brands.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Ensure smooth and efficient housekeeping operations across both hotels within the cluster
Manage and closely collaborate with external cleaning companies
Conduct regular cleaning and quality inspections of guest rooms public areas and back-of-house areas
Ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards including Marriott Cleanliness Champion
Take responsibility for Lost & Found processes and staff uniforms
Promote transparent cross-departmental collaboration to continuously improve quality
Act as a role model with a strong hands-on mentality and service-driven mindset
