Job Summary
Job Overview:
The Cleanroom Maintenance Supervisor ensures a high level of service to Vestis customers through opening and closing the building and ensuring the facility is functional. Primary responsibility is performing and/or overseeing maintenance on all Cleanroom machinery. Manage a staff of maintenance technicians. Utilize proper skilled techniques to assure the safe efficient operation of all facility machinery. Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of all necessary reports and paperwork.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
--Maintain all equipment and all facilities.
--Schedule and manage sub-contractors and outside maintenance.
--Manage department employees to include policy adherence training coaching and mentoring.
--Ensure appropriate staffing levels. Conduct employee evaluations maintain personnel records and recommend hiring and disciplinary action of employees as necessary.
--Maintains a preventive maintenance program in conjunction with quality assurance and maintenance staff.
--Plans and coordinates the daily activities of department. Adjust work assignments and workflow as necessary.
--Source and order supplies.
--Manage the safety compliance and security of building.
--Confers with management engineering and quality assurance personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.
--Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

--Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
--Ability to instruct/teach.
--Complete work in a timely manner as well as the ability to meet deadlines.
--Able to multi-task.
--Strong attention to detail.
--Strong time management and organizational skills.
--Excellent attendance and performance.
--Able to work a flexible schedule (shifts/hours).
--Work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience/Qualifications:
--Previous experience in a maintenance environment or related field preferred.
--One to two years leadership experience preferred.
Education
--High School Diploma.
Working Environment/Safety Requirements/Physical Requirements:
--Able to push pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
--Sit stand walk and climb stairs 8-10hrs in a day.
