As a Full-Time Application Support Analyst I at CellularOne you will proactively ensure the stability availability performance and reliability of our core applications and systems including Postpaid Prepaid Messaging and more. Your knowledge will play a critical role in maintaining effective front-end and back-end functionality. Youll tackle operational issues head-on working to provide solutions and participating in application upgrades by coordinating testing efforts across departments.

Youll also assist in assessing project feasibility and implementation creating test plans for new features and documenting essential processes. Collaboration will be key as youll partner with internal teams and 3rd party vendors to resolve tickets and support upgrades. This role requires a commitment to providing 24x7 support including on-call shifts and planned maintenance ensuring CellularOne systems remain robust and efficient while enhancing the user experience for our customers.

What you need to be successful

To excel as a Full-Time Application Support Analyst I at CellularOne youll need a robust set of skills and a strong technical foundation. Proficiency in basic computer programs like Outlook Word and Excel is essential for daily operations. Experience in supporting various systems and applications is crucial as youll monitor system stability and respond to alarms and memory issues. Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows Unix and Linux will empower you to troubleshoot effectively.

While database or SQL experience is beneficial what truly sets a candidate apart is an understanding of system and scripting languages like Java HTML XML and JSON.
