Job Description:

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage and nurture client relationships within the healthcare sector ensuring solutions are tailored to meet client needs and drive long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver healthcare-focused solutions prioritizing profitable growth and revenue expansion for the account.
  • Provide support and mentorship to account executives and managers enabling them to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Participate in the development and execution of account strategies including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenue.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for healthcare clients offering insights and guidance to strengthen partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver client reports and proposals that demonstrate the value and ROI of healthcare solutions.
  • Regularly analyze healthcare market dynamics and adjust account strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at healthcare industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and build relationships.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typically 8 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years in healthcare account leadership or strategic sales roles.
  • Proven success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion within healthcare accounts while nurturing client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering business growth.
  • A continuous learner who stays current with healthcare industry trends and technologies.

Other Qualifications

  • An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Certifications such as Certified Account Manager (CAM) or Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) are a plus.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors including but not limited to the experience job-related knowledge skills competencies as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $131900 - $245000.
