CCDS pays competitively and provides an excellent benefits Country Day School is seeking a part-time school nurse or nurse practitioner to work with the existing full-time school nurse in promoting a healthy school environment and support the schools health and safety plans across its three divisions. ScheduleMonday-Friday 10:30a.m.- 2:30p.m. ResponsibilitiesAssists the full-time nurse with students care illnesses and injuriesFollows Ohio Department of Health guidelines for control of communicable diseasesExecutes school health procedures and policiesMaintains student health dataConducts age-appropriate required health screenings and notifies parents when referral for further evaluation is necessaryDispenses prescription medication according to physicians orders. Dispenses over-the-counter medication according to standing orders with parent permission.
