Project Manager entry level

ReNuke Services is seeking a Project Manager for our clients site in Raleigh NC

DESCRIPTION:

CW can be based out of North Carolina Regional Headquarters (Raleigh NC) Roxboro Station (Semora NC) or Mayo Station (Roxboro NC). Projects will be assigned at any of these station locations.

Full time hybrid. There could be occasional travel to the stations for meetings with project managers walk down items etc.

The Project Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the Project Management team. This position will assist multiple project managers in successfully managing projects including providing administrative support material planning logistics purchasing support and outage support.

Responsibilities
* Support Project Management team in:
* Preparation and maintenance of project budgets
* Assist with contractor bid packages.
* Assist with managing purchase orders.
* Arrange meetings with stakeholders contractors and vendors.
* Use business software applications (e.g. Word PowerPoint Excel) to prepare correspondence reports presentations NERC/environmental checklists risk registers agendas minutes etc.
* Implement project setup in both our accounting and project management software.
* Generate financial reports and assist with monthly forecasting.
* Gather required approvals for invoices for processing through the A/P.
* Assist with configuration management and project closeout in our ACT software.

DNJP22249 - PROJECT MANAGER (entry level) - RALEIGH NC - 12 MONTHS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience. 2 year degree. Demonstrated knowledge of basic project management principles. Project related work/school experience; Demonstrated to Working Knowledge in Project Management Decision Making Critical Thinking and Problem Solving; Collaborative Team Member.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from a four-year college or university. Utility Technical Certifications/Training or PMI (PMP or CAPM) Certification; CMII certificates. Demonstrated to Working knowledge in project related Scheduling / Cost Controls. The Project Management Specialist may have relationships with individuals in various organizations ranging from individual contributors to Department Leadership (i.e. individual contributors up to senior department management).
