Job Description & Summary: PwCsiGT EU&R team is looking for high-potentialSenior Managerto support high-impact consulting engagements. You will work closely with clients to design develop and implement custom ITapplicationinPowersector.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of strategies to expand market presence
- Identifyand pursue new business opportunitiesfosteringgrowth and innovation.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement custom digital solutions that meet client needs and industry standards.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
- Oversee project delivery to ensure alignment with client expectations and companyobjectives.
- Develop and deliver presentations proposals and reports to clients and senior management.
- Mentor and lead a team of professionals fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project economics
Mandatory skill sets:
- Experience in implementing digital solutions and technologies to improve business processes.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies (IOT AI/ ML Cyber Cloudetc) and their applications in the utility sector.
- Proventrack recordof successfully driving market growth and developing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiencyin project management and the ability to handle multiple priorities
