ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a team of Industrial Maintenance Technicians ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies and improve customer satisfaction
- Assign and schedule technicians to meet customer demands and service level agreements
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers suppliers and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements
- Will work a Monday-Thursday 1st shift schedule 6:00am-4:30pm.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or Supervisor in a manufacturing/industrial setting
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant technologies
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment familiar with conveyance systems electrical PLCs
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willing to work Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm
