Learn more at are searching for the best talent for a Senior Scientist - Equipment Lead to be onsite in Malvern PA or Spring House PA.

Purpose:
The Equipment Lead will be part of the Digital team and serve as a key partner to the Digital and Automation leadership team driving strategic execution for Equipment and data management. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic cross-functional environment and is passionate about enabling digital transformation through change management and strong partnerships committed to inclusion.

You will be responsible for:

Equipment Management including:

Drive strategic roadmap for Equipment
Integrating Analytical and Process Equipment to Global Data Systems
Metrology management for equipment including automation of daily calibrations
Implementation of equipment logbooks
Work with key users to drive governance and change management as Equipment owner
Ensure GXP compliance support audits and drive data integrity for Equipment systems

Qualifications / Requirements:

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Biology Chemistry or other relative scientific field is required
Advanced degree is preferred

Required:

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry
Experience with GXP compliance
Experience in integrating Equipment to Global Data Systems
Strong project management skills and problem solving using new systems
Excellent organizational & planning skills and must be detail-oriented
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) or software validation
Experience with metrology systems
