Seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive lead generation and support business growth through strategic outreach and client engagement. The role involves managing administrative tasks to ensure seamless sales operations and accurate data tracking. This position is critical for building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

What Youll Do:
Youll be the kind of person who:
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research calls and emails.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients to support sales goals.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales team to align strategies and share market insights.
  • Manage CRM systems to track interactions update records and generate reports.
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and preparing sales materials.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for outreach.
  • Provide regular updates on lead progress and sales activities to management.

Requirements

What You Bring:
Were looking for someone who:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or Communications is preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in sales development business development or related roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce HubSpot or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing data and tasks.
  • Ability to analyze market data and adapt outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
