Job Summary

Responsibilities

Collect analyze and clarify business requirements with stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
Manage project scope schedule risks and delivery milestones
Coordinate with business users IT teams and vendors
Support SIT UAT and go-live activities
Drive issue analysis solution design and resolution

Requirements

Bachelors degree or above in Business Information Technology or related field
35 years of experience in business analysis project management or product ownership
Strong skills in requirements gathering and business process mapping
Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Fluent English (spoken and written); Mandarin required or strongly preferred
Experience with Agile methodologies and project tools (e.g. Jira)

Nice to Have

SAP or enterprise digital transformation experience
Service Procurement or enterprise systems background

Attractive Basic Salary - From RM4500 up to RM 9500 based on experience)
