Academic & Teaching Responsibilities
Teach core and elective courses in Finance Accountancy Audit Taxation and Management at the undergraduate (BBA) and/or postgraduate level.
Ensure effective delivery of theory and practical courses through innovative teaching methodologies.
Enhance classroom engagement by using multimedia tools digital platforms PowerPoint presentations videos and case studies.
Prepare detailed teaching plans well in advance including:
Lecture schedules and topics
Assignments tests and assessments
Demonstrations presentations and screenings
Communicate course plans and academic schedules clearly to students at the beginning of the term.
Mentor and guide students academically and professionally.
Departmental & Administrative Responsibilities
Take complete responsibility for the ATA Department including:
Academic planning and execution
Faculty coordination and mentoring
Curriculum implementation and continuous improvement
Monitor academic quality student performance and learning outcomes.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for academic excellence and compliance.
Support accreditation audits and academic documentation as required.
Institutional & Event Responsibilities
Technical & Software Requirements
Strong computer proficiency (theoretical and practical).
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Experience with Financial and Accounting Software tools/modules is preferred.
Familiarity with G Suite / Google Workspace applications (Docs Sheets Classroom Drive etc.).

First-class Masters Degree in a relevant discipline OR minimum 55% marks at the Masters level. Ph.D. awarded or Ph.D. pursuing from a reputed Institute / University.
Required Education:
First class Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship or in relevant discipline OR Minimum 55% Marks at Masters Degree in MBA (Finance/ International Business)
