Job Summary
We are looking for a Lease Abstraction Analyst responsible for extracting reviewing and summarizing key financial and legal information from lease agreements. The role supports efficient lease management compliance and decision-making across real estate legal and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract and summarize critical lease details such as tenant information lease terms rental clauses renewals and responsibilities
- Standardize and organize lease data into structured formats or databases
- Validate abstracted data for accuracy completeness and consistency
- Enter lease information into client systems applications or Excel spreadsheets
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify lease-related queries
- Support reporting compliance and portfolio-level lease analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical ability to interpret legal and financial lease clauses
- High attention to detail with excellent data accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of real estate and lease administration processes
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple lease documents efficiently
