This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a positive attitude. Previous experience in a similar office role is an advantage but not required full training will be provided.

Good English (spoken and written)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Professional reliable and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and work independently
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Outlook / Google Workspace)
Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the office
Manage incoming calls emails and correspondence
Coordinate calendars meetings and appointments
Handle documentation filing and basic data entry
Support management with day-to-day office tasks
Assist with office supplies vendors and office organisation
Ensure the office runs smoothly and professionally
