Job Summary

Scope of work:

Checking of PIDs
Specifications of technical specification for instrumentation and control systems (DCS/SIS)
Data sheets for instrumentation and control systems (I&C)
Development/resumption of control-command architectures (ICSS)
Participation in basic and/or detailed ICSS studies
Preparation of functional specifications: functional analysis control story cause & effect matrices logic diagrams
Interdisciplinary checking for internal documentation (specs)
Material requisitions for I&C (for enquiry)
Technical tabulation for quotations received
Material requisitions for I&C (for purchase)
Checking and commenting all documentation produced by vendors
Field design for construction phase including field hook ups cable trays routing design instrument air lines routing design etc.
Material take-off reports
Wiring block diagrams
Interface relay panel design for electrical signals
Support 3D model design
Layouts for control and racks rooms
Layouts for instrument and junction boxes location (point and lines)
Develop technical documents as Safeguarding Narratives Cause & Effect for safety systems (ESD HIPPS FGS)
Knowledge of CCTV systems
Pipeline Leak Monitoring Systems (PLMS)
Loop diagrams
Participation in validation activities for the installation aspect of control security fire and gas systems (quantity of cabinets typical loops etc.)
Participation in HAZOP activities
Field testing of control systems at FATs and SATs as a member and as a leader of the working team

Required Skills:

- Telecommunications Systems Architecture / block diagrams. - Drafting of Telecommunications specifications. - Monitoring of Material Take Off Telecommunications: Cables Power distribution etc. - Follow-up and interfaces with existing Telecommunications systems. - Preparation of Telecommunications Layouts (CCTV PAGA etc.). - Technical comparisons. - Correspondence with vendors. - Review and comments on vendor drawings and documents. - Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT assistance). - Technical review of supplier offers. - Participation in activities related to the validation of the telecommunications systems installation (quantitative assessment of cabinets etc.).
