Missions principales
Rattaché à léquipe Méthodes lobjectif est de transformer un poste dassemblage simple en un poste dassemblage contrôle afin de créer une cellule semi-automatisée.

Étude de faisabilité Robotique : Analyser lintégration dun Cobot (UniversalRobots Fanuc etc.) pour la manipulation et la rotation des produits. Comparer lessolutions (coût ROI encombrement).
Intégration Vision : Optimiser lutilisation des caméras Keyence existantes(reprogrammation éventuelle réglages de positionnement).
Conception de la cellule (QC Light) : À partir dun concept existant réaliserlétude dimplantation et la conception de la chambre de contrôle (type minichambre anéchoïque).
Gestion opérationnelle : Sélection des composants passage des commandes(Microphones PC capteurs) et suivi du montage/intégration.
Mise en service & Formation : Rendre le poste pilote opérationnel rédiger lesprocédures techniques et former les opérateurs de production.

Profil recherché

Formation : Étudiant en dernière année dÉcole dIngénieur (Bac5).
Spécialisation : Génie Industriel Méthodes.

Compétences techniques :

Maîtrise de la CAO.
Culture générale en automatisme.
Capacité à gérer un budget et des fournisseurs (achats techniques).

Soft Skills : Esprit de synthèse autonomie bon relationnel (travail en binôme avecun technicien acoustique de léquipe Méthodes)
