About the Position
Are you a motivated communicative professional with a passion for international business and relationship-building As a Partnership Manager at Workwide youll manage the full sales cycle: identifying new business opportunities engaging with decision-makers leading meetings and building long-term client relationships that expand out network and drive Workwides growth.
Youll work closely with our CEO and play an active role in both outbound sales efforts and ongoing partner management. This role offers substantial hands-on B2B experience - perfect for someone with some commercial background who is ready to take ownership of their own market and client portfolio.
What you will be doing
End-to-End Sales Cycle: Prospect (cold) outreach book discovery meetings conduct discovery meetings negotiate offer and close new partnerships.
-Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and key stakeholders across Europe.
-Outreach & Social Selling: Use phone (We have a "call first approach") email and LinkedIn to initiate conversations and book introductory meetings.
-End-to-End Sales Cycle: Prospect (cold) outreach book discovery meetings conduct discovery meetings negotiate offer and close new partnerships.
-Stakeholder & Account Management: Manage ongoing relationships with partners understand their needs and ensure long-term success.
-Sales Meetings: Lead or participate in online meetings with potential and existing clients.
-Sales Strategy Support: Collaborate on sales strategies pitches proposals and process improvements.
-Sales Admin: Maintain high CRM hygiene in Hubspot. Create offers presentations agreements and order confirmations.
What we are looking for
-Language Requirements: Native German Dutch or Swedish speaker with business-level English (essential).
-Experience: Experience in sales partnerships account management or a similar commercial role.
-Skills & Personality: Structured energetic communicative and results-driven
-Digital Proficiency: Strong PC skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and digital tools.
-Interest in Sales & Partnerships: Genuine enthusiasm for B2B relationships recruitment marketing and international business environments.
-Bonus Experience: Background in recruitment media sourcing or international business is a plus - but not required.
