Creating delivery plans coordinating instructors and operational staff and ensuring smooth execution for school programs after-school activities and D2C offerings.
Revenue & Funding Model Management
Designing and managing paid sponsored and funded delivery models for school partnerships programs and camps; contributing to revenue and enrollment targets.
Marketing Product Positioning & Representation
Working with Marketing and BDM on positioning messaging campaigns and representing the pillar in events school visits showcases and info sessions.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Acting as the main liaison between Education EOS/operations Programs Marketing Business Development and Schools to ensure alignment across delivery.
Performance & Impact Tracking
Monitoring KPIs learner satisfaction skills development teacher feedback (if applicable) and leading post-delivery reviews.
School Partner & Community Engagement
Engaging schools parents educators and partners; supporting onboarding and ensuring partner expectations translate into clear delivery plans.
Documentation Playbooks & Scalability
Creating and maintaining playbooks SOPs risk registers and product documentation to support scalability across schools cities and formats.
Operational Decision-Making & Team Leadership
Making day-to-day delivery decisions recommending go/no-go decisions and guiding junior staff or coordinators who support the pillar.
