100% Remote. Candidates must be located in the LATAM region.

With operations in the U.S. UK Australia and India and a client base spanning more than 60 countries our client is experiencing rapid growth and is actively seeking talented individuals to join their team.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Clients global HR this role you will partner closely with hiring managers across the Americas and EMEA to deliver end-to-end recruitment support. You will serve as a recruiting generalist hiring for both technical and business roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
  • Design and execute tailored hiring strategies to attract top talent particularly in sales technical and business functions.
  • Proactively identify candidates through a mix of sourcing channels including job boards social media professional networks referrals and direct outreach.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing and selection in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate all interview logistics and ensure a smooth professional experience for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Act as an ambassador for the companys culture and values throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelors degree.
  • 3 years of experience recruiting for software companies including business and technical positions.
  • Advanced English written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience supporting global talent acquisition ideally across the Americas and EMEA.
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed and other sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to adapt quickly work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ambitious driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
  • Strong customer service interpersonal and negotiation skills.
