Do you love science but prefer leading people over pipetting Were looking for a Team Leader to manage our Research Services team in Mölndal. Your mission: keep the labs running smoothly empower your team and make sure everything is safe compliant and efficient (LEAN is your friend!).

What Youll Do

Lead & Develop Your Team: Manage Lab Managers Research Technicians and Lab Technicians. Motivate coach and build succession plans.

Operational Excellence: Plan objectives monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with health safety and environmental standards.

Drive Innovation: Identify efficiency opportunities and implement process improvements to deliver added value for the client.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with scientists suppliers and other service providers to ensure seamless support.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records update SOPs and report on KPIs and SLAs.

Project Leadership: Manage minor projects and lead change initiatives aligned with customer needs.

Proven leadership experience in a lab or research services environment.

Strong organizational planning and communication skills.

Knowledge of health safety and environmental regulations.

Ability to drive change and foster continuous improvement.

Collaborative mindset and customer-focused approach.
