Job Summary

Paediatric Occupational Therapist (Sensory Integration Specialist)

Location: London
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Permanent or Locum
Hours: Full-time or Part-time (flexible options available)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and families delivering high-quality therapy services both in-clinic and in-school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist sensory integration assessments and interventions for children with autism ADHD developmental delay cerebral palsy and other conditions.
  • Deliver therapy sessions in both clinic and school settings supporting functional skills and participation.
  • Conduct EHCP assessments and produce detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with families educators and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration and relevant OT qualifications.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
  • Minimum 3 years post-graduate paediatric experience.
  • Sensory Integration training (minimum Module 1) essential.
  • NDT (Neurodevelopmental Therapy) training desirable.
  • Experience working with autistic children and those with complex needs.
  • Strong clinical reasoning organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Access to own transport beneficial.
