What youll do
- Maintain and troubleshoot specialized equipment used in MEMS manufacturing.
- Track equipment performance and keep documentation up to date.
- Perform and improve preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Source and manage spare parts inventory.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to resolve process issues.
- Train and mentor team members on maintenance tasks.
- Work independently on projects and provide emergency support when needed.
- Communicate with vendors for repairs and technical support.
What you need
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical electronic mechanical and pneumatic systems (required).
- Ability to adapt learn quickly and communicate effectively (required).
- 23 years of experience in equipment maintenance or instrumentation (required).
- Background in electronics or instrumentation (required).
- Red Seal certification in plumbing or electrical trades (advantage).
- Diploma or degree in electronics or instrumentation (advantage).
- Familiarity with RF systems and clean room environments (advantage).
