MGB Digital is hiring a UKG Pro WFM Configuration Specialist Applications Analyst!
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Configuration Specialist with extensive expertise with UKG Pro this role you will be responsible for configuring implementing and optimizing the UKG Pro WFM instance to meet client-specific needs and improve operational efficiency.
What Youll Get to Do:
Configure implement test and optimize UKG Pro WFM to align with operational workflows.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of configurations to ensure accuracy and alignment with client goals.
Trains end users on the operation of software applications. Develops end user documentation.
Provides ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues.
Engage in dedicated project work.
Participates in regular team meetings to discuss team activities issues and updates.
Participate in professional development activities such as webinars workshops and online training.
What you will bring to the role:
Expertise in configuring and implementing at least one of the following UKG Pro WFM areas: Timekeeping Advanced Scheduling Attestation Analytics or reporting.
Experience with writing and executing test plans designed for direct and regression testing
Clear and effective communication to collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance.
Ability to create tailored solutions that address unique client needs that can align with enterprise standardization.
- Bachelors Degree Information Systems preferred
- MGB can consider and review experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in the development support or operation of software applications 2-3 years required
