Job Summary
Job Title: Industrial Painter

Salary:Competitive starting hourly rate based on skills and experience ($5/hour shift differential on 2nd shift)

If youve got the skills to prep paint and maintain equipment like a pro and the passion to do it right the first time then we want you to join our team!
What Youll Do:
- Transform industrial steel into masterpieces with your painting skills.
- Mix paints like a true artist and apply them toperfection.
- Sandblast prime and paint to spec youll be our go-to for getting things looking sharp!
- Keep the paint storage room organized because we know your workspace is as important as your work.
- Estimate painting times like a wizard keeping projects on track.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A high school diploma or equivalent check!
- Prior experience painting structural steel or heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of tools and equipment and maybe a bit of sandblasting magic.
- A can-do attitude and the desire to work hard have fun and always do the right thing.

Physical Requirements:
- You can lift up to 50 pounds (because our equipment is as tough as you!).
- Hand/eye coordinationobviously youll need that painters precision.
- Ability to stand walk and reach during your shift (gotta stay mobile to paint those big projects!).
