Behind every great guest experience is a well-organized and spotless back-of-house operation. As a Cluster Steward you play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness hygiene and smooth operations in our kitchen and service areas supporting our teams in delivering refined hospitality every day.
This is a cluster position: you will have the opportunity to work across two Marriott brands and two Marriott properties AC Hotels and Moxy Hotels. This role offers variety learning opportunities and insight into two different hospitality concepts within the Marriott family.

Job requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
First experience as a steward dishwasher or in a kitchen environment is an advantage but not required
Reliable clean and structured working style
Strong awareness of hygiene and responsibility
Physical resilience and flexibility
Team player with a positive and supportive attitude
Basic German or English skills are an advantage
Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
YOUR ROLE AS A CLUSTER STEWARD
In this role you are responsible for cleanliness hygiene and organization within the kitchen and back-of-house areas across the cluster. You ensure that all operational areas meet the high hygiene and quality standards of AC Hotels Moxy Hotels and Marriott.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Clean dishes cutlery glassware and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness and order in kitchen storage and back-of-house areas
Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and quality standards in line with HACCP and Marriott guidelines
Support the kitchen team with basic preparation and clean-up tasks
Handle waste disposal and recycling according to procedures
Use cleaning machines and materials responsibly
Report technical issues or damages to the relevant department
Work closely with kitchen service and housekeeping teams
Support operations across two Marriott properties within the cluster
