Synergie Australia is seeking a Case Manager (Priority Assistance)for atrusted financial institutionlocated in South Adelaide.

The important parts:

  • Pay:$390- $430 Daily Rate Super
  • Duration:9-month contract (view to extend or make permanent)

What you will be required to do:

As a Priority Assist CaseManager you will be responsible for assisting customers including employees of the Group who find themselves in vulnerable circumstances including and not limited to domestic violence financial abuse including elder abuse problem gambling mental illness substance abuse.

  • Deliver empathetic professional support to customers in vulnerable circumstances.
  • Achieve agreed performance targets and compliance standards.
  • Manage customer accounts in line with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
  • Own customer contact and resolution ensuring policy adherence.
  • Educate customers on banking technology and self-service options.
  • Respond promptly to verbal and written customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advocacy partners.
  • Support during disaster events or high-volume periods across multiple channels.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Protect the banks brand and financial position through timely compliant decisions.
  • Adapt to changing tasks priorities and work schedules to meet business and customer needs.

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems products and processes.
  • Knowledge across consumer business and commercial banking is highly regarded.
  • Desirable: Experience in counselling health community sectors or customer advocacy roles.
