Job Summary
About The Role
Lead and manage a team of engineers in the design and delivery of technical solutions aligned with Sportsbets technology strategy. This includes the creation migration and adoption of new software systems and platforms. Utilise agile methods to deliver value in multiple technology domains. Manage the growth of individuals and ensure positive team dynamics!
**This is a 12-month Secondment opportunity for two Engineering Managers**
This role sits within the Racing-Sportsbook space where weve got a big year aheadbuilding powerful new pricing capabilities via Racing Supamodel and continuing our Racing Re-platform journey as we prepare for GBP.
About You
Ideally you will possess some of the following experiences:
- Experience within multiple technical domains with a demonstrated ability to lead teams (formally or informally).
- Experience in Web based technologies and full-stack development practices.
- Experienced in all stages of product platform and systems lifecycle.
- Experienced designer and modeler (abstract logical physical data and state).
- Experience of development integration or deployment on more than one platform.
- Experience with agile SDLC methodologies high-level estimation and modeling.
- Exposure to classic and modern software development and delivery techniques.
- Experience of operating and evolving solutions (DevOps).
