| Job Description: | - Create calendar for upcoming academic year highlighting programming events in the Reitz Union
- Determine budget to be used in conjunction with annual calendar of events
- Aid in the creation of the schedule and outline for the Student Employee All-Staff Kickoff
- Deliver presentations to incoming students during UF Preview highlighting Reitz Union programs services and open student employee positions
- Assist in the maintenance and development of the Reitz Union Gator Market
- Collaborate with Event Services team to cover shifts in Event Productions
- Assist with full-time staff and student employee interviews as needed
- Process reservation requests for the Reitz Union Game Room
- Support Event Services team with event management room set-ups and equipment inventory/management as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

| Minimum Requirements: | Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year institution. Admitted as a degree-seeking graduate student at an accredited institution. |

| Preferred Qualifications: | - One year of graduate school or professional experience in a higher education setting.
- Enrolled in a graduate program with a focus on higher education hospitality event management counseling or comparable field.
- Experience working within a collegiate setting; this may include undergraduate involvement in campus activities housing and residence life student union/campus center operations programming boards or similar activities experience.
- Demonstrated effective oral written and presentation communication skills.
- Knowledge of developing and implementing student employee trainings.
- Ability to facilitate programming events.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
