The Installation supervisor will primarily focus on leading the day-to-day operations and direction of the Installation team. The ideal candidate is an influential leader committed to maintaining & improving our reputation providing the best quality installations who drives change while providing best-in-class customer service.Responsibilities
- Plan assign and oversee installation departments workflow.
- Establish & maintain professional supportive & enthusiastic relationships with WASHs sales team
- Review & report on installation department metrics: schedule of installation costs production reports & installation lead times
- Insure best-in-class quality standards via site visits location inspections and customer meetings.
- Review & update standard operating procedures to insure efficiencies and professional customer service.
- Drive system enhancements to promote productivity and customer service.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to align procedures.
- Oversee installation department special projects.
- Conduct employee performance reviews.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- College courses in business management leadership and accounting helpful
- Minimum 3 years of experience in installation and/ or Service or equivalent mechanical/electrical outside experience
- Have proven leadership abilities
- Possess strong customer service skills: ability to professionally represent WASH to owners managers & customers
- Command excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Valid driver license required
