Key Responsibilities
* Integration Management: Oversee and optimize daily performance of Workday integrations (EIBs Core Connectors Workday Studio APIs) across internal and external systems.
* Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose integration issues resolve failures quickly and manage support tickets end-to-end to minimize disruption.

* Operational Continuity: Act as the primary contact for integration-related issues ensuring schedules data flows and file deliveries remain on track.
* Enhancements & Requests: Collaborate with HR Payroll Finance IT and vendors to design and implement new integrations or update existing ones.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Partner cross-functionally to support compliance and seamless data exchange.

* Documentation:Maintain clear technical and functional documentation including specs logs and troubleshooting guides.
* Compliance & Security:Ensure integrations meet organizational standards audit requirements and privacy regulations.
* Release Management: Support regression testing and validation during Workdays semi-annual updates and patches.

Required Skills & Experience

* 5 years of hands-on Workday integration experience in mid-to-large enterprise environments.
* Expertise in Workday EIB Core Connectors Workday Studio and Document Transformation.
* Strong knowledge of XSLT XML SOAP/REST web services JSON SFTP and data transformation tools.
* Familiarity with data loads file feeds and secure transmission protocols.
* Experience supporting Workday modules (Core HCM Payroll Benefits Absence

* Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
