Ready to step up and lead a team committed to keeping the Bay moving Fulton Hogan is looking for a proactive Supervisor to join our TCC Maintenance crew. In this hands-on leadership role youll drive safety quality and teamwork to deliver essential maintenance services for our local roads and wider community.

In addition to the above you will:

Lead by example to champion health & safety for employees contractors and the public
Plan and coordinate resources to complete scheduled works efficiently
Supervise projects to the highest standards ensuring timely and profitable delivery
Build effective relationships with clients stakeholders and your crew
Foster growth upskilling and development of team members
Advise on technical requirements and best-practice maintenance methods
Ensure all plans and permits are prepared and implemented correctly

Were looking for someone with:

Current Class 2 licence & W T R endorsements
Intermediate IT skills (including Microsoft Office)
Strong expertise in roading maintenance systems (RAMM) and permit processes
Integrity reliability a positive can-do attitude and a commitment to our REAL values
