Finance Manager / FP&A Lead

Lead financial planning budgeting and reporting for a dynamic high-growth platform. This role involves partnering with leadership on strategic financial initiatives building robust models and optimizing processes to drive business performance. Youll play a critical part in shaping financial strategy and ensuring fiscal health.

What you will do:

Own and enhance budgeting forecasting and financial reporting cycles
Partner closely with senior leadership on strategic financial planning
Develop and improve financial models dashboards and support cost optimization

The ideal candidate:

4 years of experience in finance FP&A or accounting roles
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience preferred
Proven experience in high-growth environments with strong Excel and data skills
