Job Description:
Lead financial planning budgeting and reporting for a dynamic high-growth platform. This role involves partnering with leadership on strategic financial initiatives building robust models and optimizing processes to drive business performance. Youll play a critical part in shaping financial strategy and ensuring fiscal health.

What you will do:

• Own and enhance budgeting forecasting and financial reporting cycles

• Partner closely with senior leadership on strategic financial planning

• Develop and improve financial models dashboards and support cost optimization

The ideal candidate:

• 4 years of experience in finance FP&A or accounting roles

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience preferred

• Proven experience in high-growth environments with strong Excel and data skills
