What youll actually do

What youll actually do
- Lead the finance team and make the numbers mean something.
- Keep IT in check systems that work and budgets that behave.
- Turn forecasts and reports into action not just paperwork.
- Ask why when people say weve always done it this way.
- Coach inspire and occasionally remind people that they can do better.
- Qualified accountant (ACA ACCA CIMA) with senior leadership experience.
- Big-picture thinker who can still dive into the detail.
- Confident enough to challenge the board humble enough to listen.
- Experienced in improving processes delivering results and occasionally saving the day.
- A leader who values people but isnt afraid to make the tough call.
- 70000 pro rata (full-time equivalent)
