Role: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) and Inclusion Support Worker (ISW).
Reports to: Senior Leadership Team.
Witnesham Primary School is looking for a highly motivated and versatile individual to take on a crucial dual role combining the functions of an Inclusion Support Worker (ISW)for 3 days a week and Learning Support Assistant (LSA)for 2 days a week.
Otley and Witnesham are both lovely small village schools on the outskirts of Ipswich. The children are delightful parents supportive and the team fabulous! The federation is working collaboratively in order to develop the highest quality education for the children.
As Inclusion Support Worker (ISW) and Learning Support Assistant (LSA)andyou will possess empathy personal resilience understanding patience and be passionate about working with children to provide a calm learning environment.
