Job Summary
Technical Facilities Specialist(m/f/d)
Location: Darmstadt Germany
Our client an international organisation is looking for aTechnical Facilities Specialistto support the reliable operation and maintenance of its buildings and critical infrastructure.
What youll do:
Support the operation and maintenance of HVAC sanitary fire safety and building management systems
Coordinate and supervise external service providers and contractors
Perform regular technical inspections tests and compliance checks
Track and resolve technical issues and service requests
Support small installation refurbishment and maintenance projects
Maintain technical documentation and support procurement activities
Participate in a 24/7 on-call facility support rotation
What you bring:
Technical training and experience in HVAC or building services engineering
Knowledge of building management systems and fire safety installations
Familiarity with applicable standards safety regulations and documentation practices
Confident use of MS Office and technical tools (e.g. ERP CAD CAFM systems)
Independent structured working style with strong problem-solving skills
Team-oriented mindset and clear communication skills
Languages:
English: working proficiency
German: good knowledge required for coordination with local suppliers
