Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört

• Sicherstellung und Einhaltung der Managementprozesse gemäß ISO 9001
• Überwachung der Qualitätsvorgaben während der gesamten Prozesskette
• Führen der Ihnen unterstellten Schichtkontrolleure
• Durchführung von Produktionsfreigaben
• Statistische Datenerfassung und -analyse
• Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
• Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen
• Durchführung von Prozessaudits
• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der ISO Dokumentation
• Erstellen/ Prüfen von Qualitätsvereinbarungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb sowie interner Prüfvorschriften und Kontrollanweisungen
• Begleiten von Abmusterungen und Rohstoffversuchen

Ihr Profil

• Sie besitzen einen fundierten technischen Hintergrund (Studium oder Techniker)
• Prozesskenntnisse im Kunststoffextrusionsverfahren für Polyethylen
• Prozesskenntnisse im Bereich Spritzgussverfahren
• Kunststoffmaterialkenntnisse PE/PP
• Sie sind kommunikationsstark und bereit im Kundenkontakt zu stehen und in Qualitätsfragen zwischen Technik/ Vertrieb und Kunde zu vermitteln
• Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Klasse B
• Sie beherrschen Englisch in Wort und Schrift
